In Bryan, TX this new development consisted of constructing a new two-lane roadway off of Midtown Park Boulevard with two parking lots adding ample parking spots. Our team installed 8' and 10' wide sidewalks that have accent brick paver bands along with a multi-purpose trail that runs along side the parking lots. We also added a new 12' wide median on Villa Maria and installed new associated strom drain, waterlines, and sanitary sewer lines .
