In June of 2025, we completed a major parking lot expansion project for Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies in College Station, TX. This project featured the installation of 36-inch utility lines and the paving of an 81,500-square-foot parking lot, which incorporates curbs, gutters, french drains, sidewalks, and ADA-compliant ramps across the entire site. This project was designed to enhance site accessibility and infrastructure, supporting the facility’s operational and compliance needs.
